Pictures and Good Things

Tony, that marine who was shot and found the missionaries, was taught the Gospel and decided to get baptized. He got to the church before Franklin and his companion and he didn’t swear the whole time. The pictures below are of Tony and the elders and a Book of Mormon that Tony’s cousin gave him that Tony wrote his testimony in without the missionaries prompting him to.

Two more baptisms are planned for the 29th–one of an army medic who was wounded in Iraq and the other of a son of an inactive member.

Transfers are also drawing near. Neither Franklin or his companion want to leave, but the possibility is there for both of them and this transfer will be the one that will decide what missionaries will be in the new mission.
